Will never come back to this place where they have no respect for customer. I went to other place after this, and they had amazing customer service.
P	Pamela Ravindran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store with my family today and brought my in laws with me. Unlike other places, we were not greeted nor helped at the saree counter. Once I asked someone to help us, an older gentleman (store owner or manager) helped us. As we started to ask for prices and almost ready to make a purchase over $200, he wouldn't budge on giving us a $20 discount and walked away whilst refusing to assist us with other requests. We decided to walk away and go to BrightStar Silk Sareen down the road just next to Restaurant Jolee. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what we felt today. We drove all the way from Toronto to Montreal and were very disappointed. In the many years of entering South Asian Tamil stores, this was the worst experience.
J	Jasso Saravanai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. About 7 months ago I called in to ask if they had a specific type of clothing for a 1 month old baby. It's specifically for kids for their 31st day ceremony. I specified what I needed exactly and said I live far and to make sure they have it. The uncle on the phone said they have a couple of these outfits and said I can come to the store. I went to the store the same day with my newborn. I said I am the one that called in earlier and asked for a specific outfit (mullu paavadai satai for a 1 month old) and the guy at the counter shows me ONE outfit and says that's all they have and that they don't carry that size, and says that I should have ordered it in advance. I got very frustrated and I was very very disappointed. They did not even apologize. Hopefully they better their customer service and actually tell the truth on the phone, so that people don't come from far to actually be disappointed.

They only accept debit or cash, no credit cards. They are flexible on final proce and are open to bargaining ($10-15$ off).
