★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places we have stayed. Room was spacious, clean, and had a jacuzzi tub. Loved the back and front balconies with breathtaking views. Breakfast was a delicious treat, even thought it is a boxed meal. Everything we needed was in the room, like fridge, microwave, toaster and dishes! Bed was super comfortable as well. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you Aly for making check in easy
and bringing our bkft!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was nice but had a lot of spiders outside of rooms and also saw some inside the room.
The girl at the front was very nice and helpful but when the manager came in, she spoke very mean to her and it was in front of us... NOT appropriate to do in front of customers.
The room we did get was the jacuzzi suite and we got a good deal as we were celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary.
I think they should be going overboard to please everyone and have the place perfectly clean considering it is supposed to be "NEW"
rooms.
The management i think needs to grab some manners in dealing with customers more efficiently, and in the proper way so they can succeed in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms (huge), doesn't feel like a hotel/motel - more like a cabin, amazing view of Callander Bay. Our family has been spending New Years weekend here for the past four years and we hope to continue to do so. This place can get very busy so book in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a studio and I will say I definitely enjoy this better than a holiday inn. The views out of the rooms are amazing and the room has everything you need. I would say that the rooms can be slightly cleaner but overall it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location with great potential just poor execution. Staff could do better on direction to rooms and overall hospitality, also no bag service offered upon arrival. Shower could have been cleaned out a bit better as there was a few hairs on the wall. Dishes could definitely be cleaned better. Ceiling looked as it had water damage what had been patched or ignored. Could be great with some work but would not recommend as is.
