★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrace Return-It centre puts up with a lot, unhappy customers are everywhere yes, but they can only do so much. They only pay 5 cents for beer cans as they do NOT have their liquor license and am happy to see they tell people before ringing them in. They do close at an odd time BUT so do many other businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only gives 5 cents for beer cans even though it says on the wall coming in 10 cents, when asked owner points to a sign on a dark wall by the till that says 5 cents for can that had alcohol in them , classic misleading the customer ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Do not bring your bottles here. Very poor service, rules for sorting and counting change every time I come, they shorted my count by over 50 cans, let alone the plastics. And they only pay 5 cents per can, when it should be at least 7-10. My opinion- lazy crooks. Never again! And I have worked at a bottle depot before, this is just not right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours on website are never the real hours, I specifically called Friday morning about prices for my returns and to get special hours for long weekend, I was told normal hours except closed on Monday for thanksgiving, and over 1L are still .20 until the 11. Go today (Saturday) at 4:07 and there is a note on the door stating they closed at 4 Friday and Saturday and won’t be open until Tuesday morning. What is the point of specifically asking questions if you get false information. I would have re arranged my schedule if I had of known the actual times. Now I have to unload my car, and don’t get full price for my returns on anything over 1L or alcohol cans or growers cooler bottles (refillable bottles, ie; twist off caps)
