Recieved a non signed contract in May, everytime I asked when it would be completed, I was told "we will get to it next week, we are very busy". The summer comes and goes. I am patient and dont bother them at all. We are now in the end if oct. They ripped it up FINALLY a MONTH ago. Was told they would be back in 3 weeks to complete it. After the deadline coming and going, I begin to call the office to speak to a manager. Well the "manager" who is actually the owner FINALLY calls me back after "promising" to call for 2 weeks. This is the rudest, most unprofessional and uncaring human I've even spoken to. I cannot believe he "runs" the company. He was rude from minute one. Tells me he will get to it by end of next week. Since I've been told this for 2 months I asked for a specific date and time. He was so disgustingly rude and couldnt have cared less if he did the job or not. Knowing full well its already torn up and that he has me in a bind. All I ever got was excuses from every actual person I spoke to. This Dominic should not be in business period. He actually told me to open my own paving company, to which I said I would run it alot better and be POLITE to my customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

He was always quick to answer my calls or reach out to me with updates. The crew is also very professional and skilled.
S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 4 years since Terrapave first did my driveway, french drain and backyard in Fall 2016 but they never came back to fix or complete it. The drain never worked. It flooded. They also damaged my window still and my neighbor’s walkway. When my neighbor threatened to sue, all Jordan Starkman said was he didn’t care. He kept promising me that he will come to fix it and to redo my backyard. In the end, after waiting for 2 years, I fixed my neighbor’s walkway and redid my yard at my own expense last year. I just want this to be over and done with so I just wanted him to finish paving my driveway. Last year, he said he will come first time in spring since it has been long outstanding. Then, he said they will come in summer. Then, fall. Last week, they said they will come this week. Today, they said that they will call be back before 5 pm. I didn’t want to write a bad review as I don’t want to say anything bad about other people or have any conflict. But unless they come back to complete the job or give me back my money, this review is staying. Btw, check out their Homestars reviews. They’re terrible. They do this all the time. Last year (2019) they promised to fix my driveway before June 2020, it is now late September 2020, still nothing. They make tons of money and rip off little guys like us. Be skeptical of the good reviews. They promise you everything but don't deliver. $4,400 for nothing. I will only take down this review once they give me back my money or complete the job.

I was referred to Jordan and have been impressed with his overall knowledge of my projects, his ability to meet my schedule, and more importantly his positive friendly demeanor. He's a first class guy and TerraPave is a first class company.

G	Gurdip Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THEM , AVOID THEM They signed the contract to do my driveway, They never did the job, kept me in waiting for the whole season ,kept making false promises and postponed my job until following spring , I called them, they had another girl from their office to talk to me , she conveyed their wish (sugar coated BITTER REFUSAL)to me that they NEVER will do my job. After making me wait for the whole season & dragging to the next season, that's what they did to me . AVOID THEM if you want to keep your peace of mind , find some other company. They are not worthy of you business.

Fine may comes and goes I call he tells me end of June. End of June comes again tells me July it is now end of October and I found out a week ago that they canceled never to bother even calling me or my other neighbours we called him! Then he finally calls after I called head office and says I’m so so sorry I can give you 100$ off if you can wait until next year! 100$ off does NOTHING FOR ME! I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. Do not use terra pave period.
