Not for lack of trying to use this company! After dozens of calls and texts and over one year later I am still waiting on them to set a date!!! No idea why they are playing these ridiculous games but I strongly recommend you cross them off your list! ……………………. I have texts, date and time stamped starting September 17/2020 @ 9:36 am! Phone calls are earlier than that! A suggestion to you before making false or baseless accusations and questioning someone’s honesty and integrity is that you due a little research first! I was told on more than one occasion by your representative that I was next in line to have the work done at my home, “In a week” or next week! That started last summer, August 2020. I even called the office a few times trying to inquire with another person as to when I could possibly get the job done, but was always referred to the nameless individual, who according to the owner is the local representative looking after my area. This individual to date has not responded to my last three calls and two texts last dating text = August 7/2021 @ 10:59am. I was told I was “ in the book” as a custom, And I mistakenly assumed that meant I was a customer of yours. I see now that this is yet again another administration issue with your company! Maybe it would be beneficial for you to look into these serious issues within your own company before trying to attack others who post negative reviews trying to help you and others.

WOW! So incredibly pleased with the AMAZING job West York Paving did this weekend. They were on time, efficient and neat. Vehicles and equipment were tidy. The crew that did the work communicated well and were courteous. The clean up was spotless. Really happy we chose them.

We decided to get a quote from West York due to the positive reviews and we were referred by a contractor as well. We met with a few companies already but decided to contact West York for a quote as we planned to get our driveway done this summer. We contacted West York paving 4-5 times - all with promise that sales will get in contact with me. The initial call back took about a week and I received a rushed response from the sales representative Joe - it seemed like he was busy doing something and when I requested for a quote to do our driveway, Joe had little patience with this request and said "we're really busy right now, so, unless you are 100% going to do it this summer, I will come by next week for a quote." NEVER have I ever had a company require me to confirm business to even provide a quote. He even asked if I had measurements ready for him (???) which I did not, but he said he will contact me next week for a visit once I confirmed that we will be proceeding in the summer. No contact was made by Joe the end of the following week. I called and left messages to Joe with no return call. I EVEN MEASURED MY DRIVEWAY and left the message on Joes phone in hopes that he would call back with an ESTIMATE! I even called the office again and left my dimensions with them (the reception was nice) but all my calls just go back to Joe since he is our "representative" for Toronto. Basically, I got ZERO response back from Joe or the company and its been 3-4 weeks now. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service as the reviews on this company seem to be very good. I do not know why they decide to brush us off, we called quite early in the season (early May) for a summer job. If he was really 100% booked for the summer, then just tell me??? Don't promise a customer you will be there and then GHOST on them. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and lack of professionalism all around.

SIMPLY INCREDIBLE! These guys are professional, courteous, friendly, and experts at what they do! They pay attention to detail, they are perfectionists and they have all the equipment to get it done right!!! Thank you Remo & Frank!!! If everyone had you guys pave their driveways, this city would look amazing and fewer homes will have water pooling on their driveways or into their basements!!! EXCELLENT JOB and will REFER you to anyone looking for work done right!

West York is very efficient in providing quality service and has spectacular communication. We had a great experience with Joe for our on-site evaluation.

We got mine and my neighbours driveway done in Dec. 2020. It started with the grading. I asked for it to be done a certain way and they did not listen. Next is they put 2” compressed down, but in a lot of areas you can see the dips. I have called and tried to get the owner out to look but he’s never showed. They said they would come out last year and “seal” it. Not sure what that does. But my neighbour and I are still waiting. Also my 80+ year old neighbour has also reached out and has gotten the run around also.

I used West York Paving about five or so years ago to remove and replace an asphalt driveway on my home. I still remember the name of the company's representative-Remo. He was honest, reliable, personable and very professional. His price was fair and the driveway was completed when he said it would be done. Thanks for a job well done and I would absolutely consider them for any further paving jobs I need done.

I've never seen such efficiency and professionalism in a company and the workers were all on the ball. For sure I'd recommend West York Paving to all my friends. Great job guys!
