His Vision about the tile market is way better advanced than other contractors. He did all my bathrooms and my previous kitchen, everyone was surprised by his design and work . I highly recommend him, you won’t regret !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a renovation contractor and tile setter myself, I wouldn't hire just anybody to do my tilework: I only hire Ron. He has many years of experience, has extensive knowledge of both modern and historic materials and methods. He is as comfortable with 21st century waterproofing, decoupling and vapour management techniques as he is with old-world mortars, dry-pack beds and floated mud walls. If this sounds very technical and scientific, it's because it is- and you should use tradespeople who have this depth of knowledge. A proper tile installation will last a lifetime. As I said, I install tile and also have decades of experience and industry training: I have very high standards. I trust Ron to deliver the best tile installations possible. You should too.

I feel like I’m in my own spa . He is a perfectionist! Everything is level and flows perfectly. He matches every tile like a puzzle . I am so grateful I hired Ron.He’s an artist! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron was the best choice for our foyer project as he was patient with us while providing sound advice on our Brazilian slate selection. He helped us find a solution to our own mistake of ordering the wrong flooring (sight unseen due to Covid limitations). His suggestions for grout worked very well, too.
He installed in-floor heating and even tested the heating cable with a megohmmeter to ensure the install conformed to the warranty's strict standards.
Great work ethic and we look forward to working with him on our next 3 tiling projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terra Firma Tile gave me great advice and service. Starting from advice on what type of tiles to purchase through to the execution of the bathroom tile work. If you are looking for a rush job, Ron might not be your guy. He is meticulous, talented, and cares about the quality of his work. We still walk into our bathroom just to enjoy looking at how good it looks. He has good connections in the trades community if other work needs to be completed as part of a job. Finally, he charged us exactly the amount from the estimate. I couldn't recommend him any higher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron renovated 2 bathrooms for me. I could not be happier with the results. Amazing quality and attention to every detail. From demolition to completion, Ron does the majority of the work himself, only needing to hire an electrician and plumber. At the end of every day the house was left in pristine condition. Ron was very pleasant to work with, listened to my ideas, and offered excellent suggestions of his own, including ideas that saved both time and money. He found and corrected all the hidden surprises along the way. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
