About Tents & Events

We’re one hard working group of people with one common goal in mind. We want to ensure you’re provided with the highest level of service and the highest quality of goods.

Lia is our pillar. She does everything from curating our rental inventory to working alongside our clients every step of the way as they plan their next event. She has the knowledge, style and passion to truly provide you with a wonderful and stress-free experience. When she’s not working one-on-one with a client, she’s busy working with her team to make sure your day is perfect.

Aaron is our newest addition to the team. He is our Tent Crew Co-ordinator. He is the one who ensures our teams are on schedule and providing you with the best service possible. With over 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has truly seen it all! He is prepared for anything that may arise. If you have any specific questions in regards to our tents, Aaron is your go-to guy!

Last but not least – our wonderful hardworking Tent Crew members. They show up, set up, and clean up before you even know it. When they aren’t setting up your lovely event, they’re in the back washing, organizing, and preparing for the next event setup. Tough work for some tough crew members but they wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s our mission to make your next event an occasion to remember and we’ll do everything in our power to make that happen, your way!

The Harvest Tables and chairs were BEAAUTIFUL and totally transformed our yard and it was wonderful to be able to get all of our decor, cutlery, glassware etc. from one place. I highly recommend working with Tents & Events!

The rental of their décor and linens really transformed the room into a formal dining space. We rented a large tent for the reception, a tent for the dance party, and a tent to cover part of the deck for cocktail hour. We also rented most of our decor, absolutely everything our caterer needed, linens (including gorgeous sequin tablecloths), tables, chairs, string lights, microphone, speakers, etc. It was a 'one-stop shop' with everything I wanted/'needed' and super convenient. Everything turned out exactly as I imagined it and the staff (especially Lia!) and tent crew were fantastic! It was the best day ever and everything looked amazing!

At the last minute because of Covid we had to switch to a small backyard wedding instead of our big indoor venue. They accommodated every need that we had and were super prompt with pick up and delivery. The staff that came to set up were very nice to deal with and efficient at both the set up and take down. Their pricing was very reasonable and I would not hesitate for one second to use them again for my future event needs. There aren’t enough stars in the world to give these people so I guess 5 will have to suffice :)

It was so beautiful and they provided us with soooo many options and was the perfect one-stop-shop from everything to tents, linens, cutlery, glassware, bar, tables, lighting, sound system, air conditioner etc. So happy we chose them as our special events provider! Cannot say enough great things about the professional service we received!

We ended up changing our date, doubling the size, adding a last minute dance floor, etc etc. The list of last minute changes we made to our plans goes on and on but Lia was so professional and helpful no matter what I threw at her.
