Lots of time wasted with a conditional offer and calls not returned from Mike.
Eventually, I had to extend my conditions and go to a proper mortgage broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is good guy, sometimes hard to get a hold when your waiting for a response. My emotions are mixed on this one, I wasted a lot of time and I found out the lender wanted to give me 50% evaluation on my house and the whole deal wasn't worth it. I better of keeping it with TD. I'd recommend Mike but make sure you understand the deal the clearly before signing. I miss understood my deal and wasted my time. 1 star for his lender. I wasn't to happy with Boban Fianancial, they want zero risk and all gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend mike to any one trying to get a mortgage. He was helpful at first processing our request for funding, although he became increasingly hard to get a hold of as the process continued. There was progress on the deal, until the final details needed to be taken care of, then days would go by before we could reach mike. The deal ended up expiring because we couldnt fulfill a simple home appraisal, which we tried to book for over a week with no response. Mike proceeded to be extremely rude and informed us he no longer wanted to help us, and that it was non of our business why he didn't want to answer his calls. Hopefully he is not this unprofessional with all his clients. Please seek elsewhere if you are considering using mortgage intelligence.

He met with us a number of times, maintained great communication with us throughout the process and got us the best rate. I would recommend Mike 100%! Thanks again!
