★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointing establishment. I applied for a mortgage approval on dec 8th with the hoping of closing a house before the end of year, lucky the offer fell through and we were forced to look into other options. As our second house of choice came up on Jan 10th we still had no pre approval from them. Once we found a house and had a accepted offer we still had nothing on our mortgage. They were unable to meet the end of January closing date and simply told us that because its a private sale it shouldn't be a problem pushing the closing date. 7 weeks and we got nowhere but a big disappointed with lots of email back and forth. Luckily scotia bank got us set and ready to roll in 3 days from first phone call to pre-aproval.
