F	Fèlix Pero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in that apartment for two years and I really loved it, and very idle for families as well.it was very quite and the neighbors were very lovely people. What impressed me the most was how the management handled and responded the tenants requests and services.

Windows need to be replaced we freeze from the breeze in the winter. And rent goes up yearly but yet nothing has changed in our suites.
F	Free Free on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called on September to schedule a viewing and apply for a lease starting November, we were told for rent starting the month of November you have to wait until October to apply. They refused us to apply before October 1st. On october 1st morning we called to book a viewing and apply , they said they have no vacancy. So when did other applicants send their applications?! And when dod this landlord check all the references of all applicants and compare them. If you are a landlord and you acvept applications for November between October 1st and later , then are you not gonna give yourself a couple of days to have the best tenant? I don't trust the management of this place.

I was shocked to see people writing such negative reviews as I've had wonderful experience living here. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They always make you feel appreciated and your requests are handled promptly and efficiently. My neighbors are also very nice and helpful. We feel safe living here. Its usually people who themselves create problems or look for problems wherever they go and who don't get along with other human beings write such horrible reviews about others because they can hide behind their computers while doing so. I don't care what these people say, I love living here and would gladly recommend this place to future renters. Our kids feel safe here and schools are close by which is very convenient. Absolutely love it here!!!
A	A McK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When speaking to the manager to inquire about this property, she was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to share information. If just a phone conversation is so difficult and unfriendly, I can't imagine what living here and dealing with her if there is any issues would be like! Shelter Canadian needs to reconsider who they want representing them, and who will actually be helpful to fill their vacancies! Once a bad reputation is made - it is hard to come back from that! If someone is just inquiring because they are considering renting here, and have this kind of experience, it will not bring in business. This really left me with a feeling like this would be a bad place to live if this person is your go to contact.

Quite amusing as I read through their reply. I have a witness that heard the conversation between me and the manager and they were DISGUSTED with the horrible business ethic. I have yet to post one untrue review but quite enjoy how that's where they went with this. ORIGINAL: Beware of resident manager PREYA. I was supposed to move into these apartments and got a disgusting display of unprofessional and rude behavior. As far as being told that I'm not worth having a unit held, and to pick my check up while she hung up on me. I would advise anyone to run the other way.

The manager priya is so rude and irresponsible person, i really don't understand the management still having this kind of person.. this is my own experiance...
