★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my phone during a fall. I searched for days in the garden and couldn’t find it. So went into the store and it took forever to get the new phone programmed. I asked at least a dozen times if by chance I find my phone can I return this over priced one. I got the same answer YES. Well low and behold I found my old phone in less than 24 hours. I went and took the new phone back. Turns out they penalized me $117.00 then I’ve been receiving weird messages from Telus. Turns out they reduced my existing plan. Tonight I spent over an hour on the phone with Telus call Center where they informed me that they were able to give me my old plan back but also stated they would never charge me this admin fee and this was an issue that needs to be dealt with at store level. I would never recommend dealing with a Telus dealer. This has been a huge stress paying Telus over $300 in one month.
