Penny was very helpful in finding the product I was seeking. An IPhone 13 Pro Max 256 gb. Thanks Penny! She also aided me in determining the best program for my needs and set up a second line with Telus and ported our existing number from Koodo. My wife and I were very happy with the service and we will be sure to tell our friends of our experience.

Alexa is your rep to talk too. Out of 5 reps I've had to deal with Alexa was the only person that didn't pass me on to the next Person. She treated me like a person, not just an account.

Are you frustrated about your mobile device billing /plan? Talk to Penny at open connection. I have been dealing with her for years.its not only about the provider, it about the service. She is the absolute best , can only comment her .

i had all types of issues to deal with, but Brandon was wicked, took a little extra time but he was patient and I left thrilled with my new phone and great plan. Thanks Brandon and team

I lost my phone during a fall. I searched for days in the garden and couldn’t find it. So went into the store and it took forever to get the new phone programmed. I asked at least a dozen times if by chance I find my phone can I return this over priced one. I got the same answer YES. Well low and behold I found my old phone in less than 24 hours. I went and took the new phone back. Turns out they penalized me $117.00 then I’ve been receiving weird messages from Telus. Turns out they reduced my existing plan. Tonight I spent over an hour on the phone with Telus call Center where they informed me that they were able to give me my old plan back but also stated they would never charge me this admin fee and this was an issue that needs to be dealt with at store level. I would never recommend dealing with a Telus dealer. This has been a huge stress paying Telus over $300 in one month.

Sky was very helpful in solving my problems. I'm old and don't understand a lot with these phones. He was very patient in helping me to understand and how to correct. He also gave me his business card so I could phone him with more questions.
