Through this time I have worked my way up from being a Junior Customer Service Rep to now being the COO. Through the years Telrad has continued to be cutting edge in Technology and provides 5* Customer Service. β β β β β 5 star service and so accommodating! Telrad was recommended to us by a fellow colleague. From the start the team has been nothing but amazing. We had to reschedule meetings and installation a few times - at the last minutes - and without a hesitation we were accommodated. Stephen is amazing! He took down our old system, installed the new set up and made sure everything is up and running perfectly. Susan stopped by to make sure all is well and Katrina has been amazing when it comes to discussing invoices and etc... everyone at the office is fabulous! now only if they brought donuts...... :P
