★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst place to work. Horrible staff members. No unity among employees all of them fight like dogs & cats. You cannot trust employees nor management. It’s a place for new immigrants who are not capable enough to find a good job in Ontario.

Here is how things go
Most importantly: If say Provincial government wants some temp/ contractor they might call staffing company
"I have a budge for 3 people paid 45 per hour for 6 month"
The recruiter from Techstaff will call you and ask you
"What is your rate?"
You might answer: oh I think 37 per hour? They will keep the margin ( 45-37 = 8 dollars per hour and skim you off on an hourly basis.
Be aware! Just remember the channel fee is much less than that!
corporated: They should offer you employee benefit! And they have it. Make sure you ask for it. They will enroll you after 3 month.
Incorporated: you should get at least 15-20% higher rate due to the fact you are charging them as a company

Unlike many other agencies, TekStaff has very flexible payment options and frequencies. Additionally, management takes an interest in contractors; consistently keeping in contact as well as pursuing and communicating renewal/extension opportunities. Great experience working with this company!
