They can't get an answer on any phone lines to the numbers on the Bill of Lading or the designated load contacts. Of the size of this place and no one has the ability to take these 3 skids off. They can later determine which department or job it goes. It doesn't have to include me. I have a reload to be at. This is just shameful. It's the middle of the afternoon, too. I arrived at 2pm
