★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a machine with Tecdale. Although, I had an issue with activating window 10 pro, I touch-based with customer service and the issue was solved in a couple email. I cannot ask for a better resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CPU and GPU are good enough to run 4K video for both streaming and recording. Actually the product description underestimated this system. The description says this system has all USB 2 ports but it actually has four USB 3 ports (two front and two back) which are marked ss (Super Speed) in front of the USB symbol. Note that a USB 3 port is not necessary in blue color. It also has 1 PCI, 1 PCIE1 and 1 PCIE16 slots in the box, which makes you possible to add more cards in if you need. Even though this system does not meet the requirements to upgrade to Windows 11, there are tons of methods to do that. I have already upgraded it to Windows 11 successfully and runs perfectly. Also, the post service is very good. The representative is very helpful and willing to solve any issue for you. I am happy with this purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a not great experience with Tec dale. The support they offered me was good and they were polite but the refurbished product was not so good. SSD failed shortly after purchase, but did get a replacement. This SSD was my first experience with HAJAAN, so not great first impression. After months of own research, I realize the price and *deal* I thought I received was no deal at all. I would have never purchased if I had known the true value of what I was getting. Please do your research before purchasing, it has been one expensive learning experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought an LG 34” monitor indirectly from TecDale Canada (directly from Best Buy). It was supposed to be delivered by UPS last week, but I did not get it, despite the fact that I have been working from home. TecDale”s Leonard has been helpful with follow-up emails and inquiries about its delivery status. He was about to send a second monitor when I discovered the original monitor had been left at the back porch that I rarely use. Throughout the frustrating week of waiting, TedDale was diligent and attentive to my ordeal. I shop online frequently and this is one of the best customer services I have had. Will buy with confidence in the future.

They called me on the phone within an hour of sending the email and fixed my issue within 10 minutes, walking me through everything. Super impressed with the customer service!
