★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this company to any hotel, poor customer service providing low grade hotel linen on higher prices, they make you fool on the name of discount but when you order they will charge very high amount of delivery charges, Even there is no refund or exchange policy.

The company sales agent call me every second day, once i decide to do business with them, placed order for mattress pad towel and royal towels. Towels are very low quality even not proper weight that in mention on my receipt, the royal towel color variate from other no proper set for each color.
THEY ARE MUGGERS EVEN I AM PLACING ODER THEY TOLD ME ON ORDER OF $1000 THEY WILL PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING MY ORDER AMOUNT IS $1800 BUT STILL THEY CHARGE ME $200 FOR THE SHIPPING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WHEN I CALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT TOWELS AND ASK THEM TO RETURN THE MANAGER CLEARLY SAY WE GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR THERE IS NO RETURN.
IF THIS IS HOW, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I'LL GLADLY DEAL WITH ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS!
