Our rep with Team Guernsey, Michele Quinn Normington addressed all of our needs and communicated continuously with ourselves and the sellers of the place we ended up buying. There were some very "special" issues that came up during the process, administrative rather than physical issues with the property but Michele stayed the course, demonstrated great patience and kept both sides up to date on all issues as they unfolded and were eventually resolved. We, the buyers and the sellers were very satisfied with the outcome of the transaction and everybody involved felt they got the best possible deal. Thanks for all your work Michele, you gave 150%!

Took a few months and almost every weekend looking at houses over a great distance. Sometime over an hour of driving in between houses and Trent showed us them all and even managed all of our last minute viewings. Very knowledgeable of the areas and things to look for. He was very patient with us as we where all over the map and did not know 100% what we where looking for. He was very on top of the paper work and very well organized before and after the sale with all the documents for us. We would definitely recommend to anyone buying of selling in the area.
