Derek also investigated the source of water in my basement which was coming from the furnace (stupid leaking humidifier). They returned my phone call within an hour and Derek was at my place next day to look at my eavestroughs. Great service and competitive prices – these people really care about their customers. They were kind enough, this spring, when I needed a sudden emergency fix to my leaking skylight, to make it out same day. I was not in a position at that time to replace the skylight, so they sealed it up, and cleaned out my gutters while they were there. Such attention to detail. Then, recently when coming back out to make the replacement, again, I found them to be extremely professional, prompt and open in communication. They let me know ahead of time what would happen, the timeline and they honoured the original quote. I’d highly recommend TDC Roofing as a caring and careful small business that deserves your business.

Elisabeth was prompt in returning my call and advised that I would have an appointment scheduled the next day. The following morning, I received an email confirming a time and Derek called from his prior appointment to let me know he was on his way, something I really appreciate. Derek was knowledgeable and personable and quickly identified the location of the leak, explaining the likely cause and possible ways to correct the problem. You never know what you will get in those situations but I got very lucky to get TDC roofing!. Elizabeth in the office is very knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to help me to get the most out of my claim and to become eligible for the City of Calgary's roof rebate program. She helped me pick out colours, a new skylight and worked with me for additional work that I wanted done. The installation crew were friendly, worked very hard and did a nice job on the roof. It looks great. They did a good job on the clean up and took care of the property. Derek was also incredibly helpful. He came out to the jobsite to meet my stucco contractor to help prevent water damage on the walls going forward and he also cladded the wood around my chimney. I wouldn't hesitate to use TDC Roofing for your home. I'm incredibly picky about my home and I didn't need to worry about this company at all.
