★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Sha do the electrical when I totally renovated my condo's bathroom, and he did a great job. He's very open about his prices and fees. He had no problem working with the electrical devices (ex. AFCI+GFCI combo receptacle) that I supplied myself, and didn't charge extra for that, like others might do. Sha offered good advice at all stages of the work: placement of devices during rough-in, how to fix the drywaller's mistakes after finishing, etc. Also, it was very convenient that Sha was able to work on my bathroom in the evenings. Good experience overall.

He was quick to show up at my house and complete the installation very quickly and with good workmanship. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommend him to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I replaced some receptacles in our kitchen but wasn't aware that some receptacles were fed by 2 circuits. A few sparks flew in the breaker panel, so I needed some help ! Got hold of Sha via google search and he came over promptly and fixed things up in less than an hour. A very capable and polite man. It is good to know I have a reliable and local electrician that I can count on !

He had to run tons of wire from across the building and upgrade lots of amperage too to accommodate a complicated array of machines, in a tight space. He is a super nice guy, very professional, did everything we asked quickly and efficiently, - even last minute little things. We would wholeheartedly recommend Electrician1 ltd. for any big or small job.

Reviewed my options as needed to have access to the electrical panel in the basement and my basement is finished. I have an older electrical panel that he was able to work with; as it was complicated and hence keeping my costs down. Work is well done, good quality, prompt timing, and good value. Definitely would recommend and use him again.
