โ โ โ โ โ During past 2 months I spent hours talking to different reps to stop mailing me documents with absolutely no effect. Last time I called, they just hanged up the phone on me.
After 2 months they still sending all my private financial info to my old address. Stay away!

โ โ โ โ โ Have been trying to call for 2 weeks now to get ahold of my money and for it to transfer into another one of my accounts, without success. I have tried to call at different times of the day and no one ever answers. I was on hold one of the times for over 2 hours, then eventually gave up. I am having the most difficult time trying to get ahold of my OWN money. Terrible service, very unprofessional and very skeptical in my opinion.

โ โ โ โ โ Phoned today Monday the Dec 14 at 7.03 am to get a rep to transfer assets in kind from my RRIF to taxable account (tomorrow being the deadline for me). Wanted to capture today's preopening prices for tax reasons, now I am financially disadvantaged. Stayed on line with music with no announcements from 7.03 till 9.00. At 9 am recording said they are having technical difficulties and line cut off. Did they take 2 hours to announce that?? Do they think customers (who are the life blood of a bank) are as ineffective as them in utilising time?? why do they advertise and exhibit a large leather comfy green chair as a gesture for high customer experience. What a joke!! The only reason I am with TD is because I have TD stocks and therefore want to give business to TD. otherwise customer experience and interactions are below zero. I am now seriously wondering if I should invest in company that is so poorly run compared to competitors whose got way better reviews, and what the long term performance of the TD business would be. The very same same problems have been said in the previous reviews and for a very long time and the company had not addressed it whatsoever. Keeps on recurring. I guess they dont care one bit for customers although bogusly offering comfy green chair experience. High time TD got their act together before the dog eat dog competition chews them

โ โ โ โ โ Do not trade with TD Waterhouse, choose a different and more reliable and professional trading company like ibkr. Absolutely horrible! Always experiencing "technical difficulties" and not responsible for their unprofessional services. Its a JOKE!

โ โ โ โ โ very poor service call customer service , on hold for 45 minutes , then the rep has to contact the back office , on hold again, came back and its taking too long , so he will call me back , never call back. this is my routine from jan 27 to today feb 23 , calling every other day , just to get a Tax forms sign and returned.. should be no stars..

โ โ โ โ โ TD Direct Investing had enough time to match the National Bank or Disnat pricing but didn't. I called TD and they are not planing to give commission free. I moved my account to National bank brokerage. National Bank has started zero commissions for stocks and Etfs. Completely zero commission. It is amazing, fast executions, good platform, way more features and all that is being offered zero commissions. I regret not switching my account to NBDB as soon as they announced zero commission. It doesn't matter whether you day trade, swing trade or investment the commissions will add up over times. Thanks to NBDB and Disnat for being the first to bringing commission free opportunity in Canada. I recommend everyone to try NBDB or Disnat. You will not regret.
