As an actuary, he is capable of talking on a technical level that suits my background but can turn to my wife who is not as familiar with financial concepts and empower her with knowledge.
On a personal side, he is so dedicated and clearly has your interests at heart. I feel like I want to buy more insurance just to show my appreciation.
