★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with a collision and it was the first time this thing happend with me and i was totally unaware about the procedure but the employees working in collision center guided me so nicely and provide me a rental vehicles. And also they returned my vehicle with in 10days and fixed everything so nicely that it seems nothing happened with my vehicle. I really liked the quality of service and transparency of the employees in the center.

Communication was clear and timely. I’m extremely satisfied with the repairs done to my car and, so glad that I chose TD Direct as my auto insurance provider. They definitely set the bar in providing good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very smooth and great experience. I was getting updates on status of my vehicle through email without having to call once to follow up. I was kept up to date all the time. They are professional and took care of everything on my behalf including rental car, someone picked me up from rental company and when my vehicle was ready, TD took care of drop off for me which was less headache for me. Thank you TD for all your efforts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was phenomenal from start to finish. I dropped my Porsche Cayenne Sport for a repair after an accident. Mike was professional, polite and serviced the car in a timely manner. I dropped my car on a Tuesday and got it back on the Friday of the same week. All the work was done to perfection. Also they were kind enough to detail the inside, wash the outside and shine the tires. I highly recommend this shop, very impressed.

He was the one who looked after us when we brought the car for repair and also delivered the car when it was done. He was so thorough and clear in communicating the repair process with us. He made the whole experience of car repair painless and stress free. He is so friendly and helpful to deal with.

Since the repair shop is affiliated with TD. They take care of everything. You just drop the car off and that's it.
You get a life time warranty of the repairs performed here.
All the work done on your car is documented in detail. I have never seen this kind of detail documentation at any other shop.
All the work needed for your car can be done here from body shop to mechanical to electrical.
Overall I am really happy with the service here. Also, the staff here is great they are very nice and humble. I was dealing with Michael and Cat and they were outstanding.
