2 hours waiting on hold to talk to someone to update my mailing address. Someone finally answered and she transferred me to a different department to get my information updated. Another long wait on hold until I finally gave up and hung up.

This service or lack there of should permanently be closed. I don't even have the words to express my outrage at the moment. TD made a mistake and opened up the wrong kind of account and now I need to waste my valuable time on hold trying to close it. You can open up new accounts online, but can't close them? How in the #@$%% does that make sense. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Useless

I have been trying to transfer my money from a different institution *into* my TD Waterhouse SDRRSP account since last October . They do NOT process my Fax requests (the only way I can transfer!) and are a black hole trying to reach their back office. The TD WH trading desk last I tried mid January was 90 minutes on hold. I think it is time to move my money somewhere else more responsive.

Absolutely dreadful. I am quite sure the brokers & traders can get through with their transactions on the phone. What about the regular customers? It is time that TD showed respect for their customers. There are some transactions that cannot be done online. We can only get them done by calling in. UNFORTUNATELY, there is NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES!! We get put into an endless musical (???) loop of listening to kids banging on kitchen pots and pans with a wooden spoon. At least they could improve the music they provide. I feel sorry for the employees who may on occasion finally answer the phone to help us. REALLY TD, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER by your customers.

Like other customers, I have been on hold for over an hour for transaction that I am unable to do online. You would think they could implement a call back service. I don't have the time to be on hold for this long but don't have a choice. People on the phone are fine and service is good once you get someone. Why not hire more people. Oh, i know, because you can make more money not doing that. I think service like this might be why Robinhood is doing so well. I had to update this as it got worse. On hold for 2 hours and then system comes on states technically difficulties and hangs up on me?

2 hours hold time... they want me to deposit more money but ic an't even see my account when I wakeup... this is unfair

Again, another long wait on hold and I also had to move on and hang up. Although the customer service rep. confirmed my call back number, no such call was received. Forget the phone service just walk into the nearest office, if you have that luxury.
