Deposited a large cheque into my savings account and was told they'd hold a portion of the funds for 5 business days which was fine. Turns out they mistakenly put a hold on my entire chequing account instead of my savings account. Never do your banking here.

I just need to leave a comment about this wonderful lady who helped me yesterday (March 21 around 5:30pm). She was the nicest bank teller/staff I have ever met in my ENTIRE life. I can see she was just loving her job, and just spreading happiness to every single customer. She was so friendly and welcoming!!! I was pretty tired after work but she brightened me.... I had to go somewhere right away so I didn't get to ask her name but she was white and maybe in her early 40's...anyways, thank you for being...ray of sunshine! I'm going to try to go to this branch as much as possible.

Pathetic branch. Staff have lack of and inaccurate information for people moving overseas. Had to make an appointment to feel like I could get a straight answer but when met with a staff member - Seonhwa Moon- she wasn't any more helpful and I complained about lack of knowledge and service. I then emailed her with questions and have never received a response. That was 1.5 months ago now! I had more efficient/reliable service from my Australian branch whilst I lived in Canada then my local Canadian bank. Good riddance to TD!

I had to go there three times for meetings basically for the same purpose. For two meetings I had to wait for at least 20 minutes + because the staff was busy. Why bother to make an appointment if they can't keep it. I dealt with three staff members there basically for one thing I wanted to do. One was helpful and seemed to know something, the other two were only human machines there to do paperwork. They lacked knowledge and desires to help. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven't got my issues solved. I found TD, or maybe just this branch very inefficient and lack knowledge of banking matters. I go there because it is closest to my home. If I found another TD branch is the same, probably I should bring my business to another bank.

Workers are very diligent and kind. I could find some Korean staffs who could speak Korean and English fluently in this branch and all of them are kind and generous. I can recommend this branch for new immigrants from Korea.

DO NOT go to this branch if you want to get approved for a mortgage. My husband and I had the absolute worst experience working with William Xu. We were in the market to purchase our first home, during our first meeting everything seemed pretty straight forward and getting a mortgage in the price range we wanted not be a problem. We were pre approved and found the home we wanted to put the offer on. We contacted William via email and saw him in person the day before we had to put our offer in confirming everything looked good and withdrew our 5% deposit. 10 days after our offer was accepted after not hearing from William he contacted us to say this offer could not go through. This is after we had already given the seller our 5% non refundable deposit. We were shocked as we only had 15 days left until our close date. He told us we would not be approved by CMHC or any third party insurance, as our building was older and the roof was being redone. This was however his mistake as he did not read the strata documents we sent him, where he would have seen the sellers had already paid this fee. He told us "don't worry you can get out of this deal on the subject of financing." We had told him several times we were going in subject free and he seemed shocked by this new information. This is the kind of attention to detail you will get at this branch ... We took our case to a private broker who laughed at how badly William had messed up this application for us. We were quickly approved and have been enjoying living in our first home, with no thanks to TD. William also broke confidentiality sending my personal CRA documents without my consent. We were never contacted for a follow up by management and we have since switched our personal and business accounts to RBC. Please take your mortgage inquires elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

Hello theres a sign saying you're open lots of people showed up to the bank because it's a holiday and theres a sign saying open and google says it is open......it is not....... why? I travelled to youre location but it was closed also the sign on the door says open . Why is it closed . I dont understand why. All those people and me there. Thanks north road branch. Google and you're signs say open. You are not open tho. Why ?

The first advisor Jasmine had no idea about mortgages.. got another guy Who (with all his experience) showed me the website where i can see mortgage eligibility. If it was that simple, why would we need these advisors? Anyway, they didnt want my business so had to scratch off TD Bank forever from my list! Good riddance!
