★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. My brother-in-law has had a loans officer working on loan for weeks and no answer. It should not take that long. Numerous messages are left for the loans officer and branch manager and no one calls back. My husband deals with this bank and we are going to be pulling his accounts.
