I was NOT informed of any changes made to my account and changes were made.
I DONOT have daycare nor time atm with work and kids to make an appointment to change cash back limit.
Pretty sad was a customer for YEARS and nothing they could do pretty much a slap to the face today.
Shawn needs better people skills she didn't even say hi or nothing except your SOL and to make an appointment for something I DIDNT ALLOW .
I WILLL BE closing my caccount with scotia and going to somewhere I feel appreciated. I have talked to other banks and they INFORM there customers of any CHANGES MADE.
Do better scotia.
