The staff at this TD Bank branch are friendly, attentive and efficient. I often go here versus a downtown branch because parking is easy and I'm in and out quickly.

The people working there are the most maladroit bank tellers and economic advisors I have seen in the city! 1- I went there today for a swift transfer to a bank in italy for my conference. I gave the information provided by the conference to the teller. She wrote a couple of numbers down on the bank transfer sheet, consulted with two of her colleagues and finally told me she cannot complete the process because there is not enough information. I explained that it cannot be the case since there are around 100 participants going there from around the world. She said it is safer to make sure that I have the correct information, it didn't make much sense to me, but I left since I was in a hurry! 2- We asked one of their advisors if the TD bank has any special loans for agricultural reasons. He laughed at us and said no, there is none! We did a simple googling afterwards and figured out : YES, TD does have some special agricultural services MR ADVISOR! 3- I am not happy with the services they give to students, such as line of credit. CIBC offered us a line of credit right at the moment we went there to open an account, while the MR ADVISOR is still playing around to see if we are eligible for a line of credit after 3 months. I should add that the CIBC offer was twice the amount that MR ADVISOR applied for us. 4- IF you are a graduate student, I would definitely suggest you should choose a bank other than TD. (Maybe it's good to start woth CIBC(?)) The guys in this branch are not sophisticated enough to understand that there is good probability that a PhD student will get a well paid job after their graduate school, and therefore, it is important to keep them satisfied while they are in grad school.

TD has literally been holding my money hostage for 2 weeks now. I came in to this branch yesterday to try and fix my debit card and bank account so I can actually have access to my funds, and at first the employee working with me was nice. However, today I go to use my card, and my accounts are still frozen. I called TD's number and I found out that the employees at this branch flagged all my accounts for impersonating myself, even though I came in with a passport yesterday to verify my identity. I feel insulted by this outrageous and slyly passive accusation of me committing identity fraud on my own identity. Regardless, I have switched banks finally and have been able to transfer my money away from TD's incompetent greedy hands. If your still with TD, I can tell you this branch has no integrity; stay away if you can.

One of the worst branches of TD, I wish they improved their training and supervision, or at least their staff tried to care more. In many of my experiences with this branch there was a hassle due to the staff's lack of knowledge or occasional mistakes.

Probably one of the worst experience I had at a bank at this branch with an Indian advisor. Called the branch a day in advance and they said they will be able to reverse 3 months and that they will see what they can do when I come into the branch. But when I went to the branch, the advisor made up his own rules by saying he cannot reverse the fees because "things have changed suddenly," but after when he was told by the manager, he comes back and says he will reverse the fees. I asked him why the sudden changes with his words, and he says "we don't want you to have a negative experience" ? His attitude was absolutely repulsive during the entire conversation. I work at a bank too and he thinks he can fool me just because I'm young.

There is a man who regularly sleeps in the ATM area from late evening to opening time, with no mask. It is not safe to use the ATM in such a small enclosed poorly ventilated space with another maskless person present for many hours of time. A better resource is needed for the health and safety of the man who is sleeping there, and in the meantime I do not recommend using this location.

Not much to say, it's a bank. Staff was nice though!
