★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here based on the overall positive reviews. Halfway through, I realized I made a mistake but by then it was too late. I asked for a trim, thinning, and agreed to layer it a bit to help with thinning it out. The owner then proceeded to chop my hair off horizontally and I ended up with an uneven cut. I paid $25 with no student discount since it "took longer to cut". I have no words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Jessica’s English may not be as good she always puts on a smile and tries to have a nice conversation with you whenever possible. Fair rates for all groups of customers. But minus one star for not being able to use credit cards and potentially long wait sometimes as she never seems to hire anyone but herself.

Visiting for a concert and thought I'd get my hair freshened up for fun, did a walk-in and was in the chair 20 mins after initially asking for an appointment. She identified my hair type, I showed her pictures of what I was hoping for, she explained how my hair type would and wouldn't work with those styles, before she cut anything she checked in on length, she styled it afterward and it's honestly the best my hair has ever looked. I have wildly thin hair and I always backcomb for volume but she was able to make it look fantastic without backcombing! Crazy impressed. Very friendly and great conversation, I would return if I was back in this area and needed another update. Wish she was in my city!
