More specifically to quote her words, she said to me "you're wasting my time, I have an appointment with a client in 5 minutes". Highly unprofessional service.

The teller went to a woman I believe was the manager about my concern, and she provided no solutions. I went home and called TD customer line and an investigation was immediately going to be done and my card was cancelled from further fraud. Very disappointed that the woman didn't take my concern seriously.

L	Liam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. After waiting in line for 30 minutes they tell me that they are only accepting cash if I want to get rolls of change???? Why would I have cash during this pandemic? This was the only place I could find that is actually open and giving change (i need it for laundry and nowhere else has change) and then they screw me over after not even asking me if I am a TD client in the first place. On top of that they also all just had a very rude, non accommodating, and disrespectful attitude. Instead of telling me that I could get cash from the atm and then give it to them for change they pretty much just told me to get out. Thank God Im with CIBC and not these clowns. Real waste of time. My girlfriend is a client with TD and she will be switching to CIBC because of my experience today.

Could not be more rude from the start with continuous snarky remarks. Only reason for coming to this branch was because my usual brand was closed due to the pandemic. If the branch sees this, Linda really needs to be reviewed. Unbelievable that someone like this could be working in a customer service role.
