I was almost finished my transaction when I was told I had to wear a mask. I do get migraines/headaches and anxiety but my health apparently does not matter to this branch. Every other business in Olds, my health and I am respected but here, I was told I had to leave without my receipt which would have taken another minute to get. So who's health matters to them, not mine. Thanks TD

We had an account at a different bank in Olds, and after several incidents of their staff being cold and unhelpful, we closed out the account and opened one with TD. We immediately noticed a big difference. They have already counseled us on improving our credit and helped us obtain a modest credit balance to get us established and on our way to being home owners some day :)

First I will say that the front staff always have a smile on there face and are so pleasant and efficient to deal with. I also need to shout out to Roslyn (mortgage department), Tim (small business department) and Jeramy (branch manager) for always going above and beyond for us and truly being on our side to make our loans work with the best rates. We consider them a part of our team on the business front. Have never felt this way with another bank. So happy we found you guys at the Olds location. Truly amazing staff that take care of their clients needs. I would give you 6 stars if I could.
