★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and Extremely quick every time I’ve come here for either opening a new account, loan, or mortgage service has been great and friendly and they help me. Even if there branch’s isn’t open Saturday the one on West side is if I absolutely have to see the tellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved banking here at TD till lately. Went to deposit a certified cheque in my bank account & the cashier said it would not be a problem. However.. they put a hold on the money telling me it was a fraudulent cheque. I spent the whole day fighting with td trying to free my money. Got solved in the end. BTW..one of the cashiers said I had said I was donating the money to a school in Mexico!!! Wth?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is not open Sunday, when really all locations should be open "8 till late" like in Winnipeg all major branches are 8till8 Monday - Friday. Open Sunday and you'll gain a star.
Great staff, quick service and no problems when I was new to Grande Prairie and didn't have my bank card with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nancy, Amanda (the manager, I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) and the teller ( I didn't catch her name, but she had red hair) were all extremely helpful in assisting me with some issues I was having with my student line of credit. I really appreciate them going out of their way to make sure that I wouldn't miss my university deadline. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter what I do, any service I get from this branch, and TD in general is a hassle. From their inability to set up savings accounts properly (causing me to lose $2800) to their mobile app being buggy with months before fixes are released, to wasting time on hold and in location doing simple things such as depositing cheques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today to ask if I could mail in a cheque with an extra payment on my husband's auto loan. I was told to come in person (a two hour drive) for they although they might take the first cheque, all further cheques would be returned to me. This is why I will continue to do all my banking with a Credit Union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seniors hour isn't well planned if their's no senior waiting outside in line people should be served regularly and wasting time for your staff when they're not doing anything and others if any senior shows up we all canadian happy to putting the person FIRST in the line simples that but you guy's cut down your hours of operations and shutdown other branches how you going to serve people's need? Not a great management skills
