★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disappointing customer services, even branch manager doesn't have time to see their value customers , not answers, no solutions, no help at all , we don't need local branches like this , leave rest of the work for online as well , I m so disappointed for been a customer with Scotiabank for last 6 years , clueless staff.specailly management ???????, plus online banking what a joke
In total so far 5 hours just to transfer the call to credit card security department. Plus visits to this local branch , how do you think I feel .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had good service here before, but honestly if you’re trying to be a customer friendly service, why in the world would you make your hours even shorter than most other banks? I take time off of work to make it in time, and the phone still says that scotia closes at 5, but the hours have been adjusted to close well before the regular populace gets off of work. Brilliant. Thanks for nothing.
