I can see why the reviews are poor at this branch. I've dealt with TD Canada trust for over 30 years, and this branch has the worst service. Calling in, employees tell you they can't help because it's not their area. They can help with some things, but not others. The Branch Manager doesn't value long term customers, and is not concerned with keeping them.

I was at this branch to remove my husband's name from our accounts as he passed away. I will start with what upset me most; the TD Bank requires me to take out new credit cards as my husband was the primary cardholder. When I asked why this couldn't be done, an answer could not be provided. Should something like this be an easy request and the process be made as painless/seamless as possible?! I will now try to remember who needs to be provided with the new number. I called for the appointment and asked what documents I would need to bring. I was asked to bring the death certificate only. One of the first things I was asked for was a copy of the will!! When I advised that it was not required when I called, the issue was dropped. Customer service does not seem to be a priority; I have had other issues as well, but will not get into those unless poor service continues.

This branch has tellers that work very slow. When there is a line up of customers could they please stop engaging their current customer in such long conversations. 14 minutes we listened to the teller talk with a man about Mexico vacation spots...who cares! Can the rest of us 16 customers waiting in the line get some service. Reendeers location is faster and less talking so your in and out.

I had appointment with (Advisor: Kelsey Gillespie) I did not help us she just Racist person after that I went another branch this give me all my money back with apologies about teams fraud do mistakes

Usually everyone had been very helpful at the branch on Henderson Highway but today I spoke with a young man that spoke so fast, I didn't get his name. He needs to learn better phone etiquette as I felt very rushed and unimportant to this person who may think his time is more valuable than others. He should be spoken to about it. His name which I asked twice sounded like Omrad. Is this who you want represent ing your bank?. How very rude!!!!

I just had my first TD account set up today with Kelsey Gillespie, she went above and beyond to solidify my understanding of all the different perks of the account I chose. She was extremely welcoming and kind her office is a safe space where you can ask any questions about your accounts. She was remarkably quick but was extremely patient and knowledgeable on all of the account matters. I would 100% recommend getting an account set up through Kelsey as you will be 100% taken care of!!!

Dealing with the Henderson location, and going through the process of buying a second home as a rental property. First off everything was going smooth until we started coming to the end of the process. We received a letter from TD on Henderson informing us that the property taxes would be 3650$ a year for a property under 1000sqft that is located in East kildonan. Upon contacting them, that this seemed absurd for that location they refused to budge on that price. Luckily my significant other works in taxes, and was able to get a hold of the actual property taxes for the house, with possession March 1st and all taxes paid up, the REAL cost per year is ONLY 2600$. Upon sending the true price to TD on henderson, they still refused and tried to get us at 3650$ a year. In order for us to only pay the 2600$ we had to contact the branch manager at the TD Regent location, who confirmed that we indeed will only pay 2600$ a year. So watch out anyone buying a home, they tried to get us for an extra 1150$ a year, make sure you get your property tax paper from the city. I can only Imagine how many people have been over charged. If they think that a small house in East kildonan is 3650$ a year, they are either incompetent or trying to overcharge purposely.

Encounter #1 TD lady: hello, how can I help you today? Me: good, I would like to deposit a cheque. TD lady: Have you heard of mobile cheque deposit? Me: Yes, but it doesn’t seem to be working. TD lady: That shouldn’t be. Had you tried again? Me: Yes, and I also tried the ATM cheque deposit and it doesn’t seem to be working either. TD lady: That shouldn’t be. Had you tried again? Me: Yes, that is why I’m at the front desk. TD lady: Ohhhhh….. Me: *forced smile* Thoughts to myself: guess what TD lady, not every cheque can be processed by the imaging software, and if I could had avoid this awkward and unproductive conversation, I would had. Thank you… Encounter #2 TD lady #2: hello, how can I help you? Me: I would like to deposit some cash. TD lady #2: I can help you with that. Me: btw, for some reason, the ATM outside isn’t allowing me to deposit times anymore. TD lady #2: The machine should allow you to deposit up to 50 bank notes. Me: I know, for some reason it’s only allowing me to cheque deposit, the cash deposit button doesn’t disappear anymore. TD lady #2: have you tried again? Me: yes, I tried all three machines outside and the cash deposit button doesn’t show up anymore. TD lady #2: maybe try again later. I don’t know what you see on your screen. * done deposit* Me: maybe if you try it yourself then you would know.. *i left* Thoughts to myself: I’m like 90% sure that cash tray is full and no one at this branch had been collecting the money. I tried a couple days in a row, I work in the same plaza, like if could have avoided talking to people at this branch, I would had, trust me. Honestly, she could of went to the ATM with me to see what I saw, but she was to lazy to get off her butt.
