★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Td Canada trust is failing me as a small business owner. When I go to the Marda loop branch, they deposit my checks with no hastle. The exact same 4 large portfolio clients I have had for 5 years. I switched to TD as I thought they would be a bit more convenient as the location Marda loop is in the building that I work in. One of the 4 large job sites. I have proven myself as TD has approved me for a $60 000 AUTO LOAN That I pay for, $630 a month, I also have a CREDIT CARD, and make my payments, I was shocked to find out that when I deposit my checks on my phone they do not CLEAR, I have tried to request a branch that would and they said well they don't know me??? If you LOOK in the account it is pretty STRAIGHT forward that I have no faulty checks. That being said, I hope someone reaches out with actual answers to assist me with.
