This bank can't do simple things like issuing a bank draft. What a wasted opportunity.

No teller in this branch. It's just like ATM machine. It seems that all of the conversations/appointment are made in advance.

Absolutely the worst TD location period. Their customer service is so lacking that you may reconcider banking with TD at all. Such a shame.

No tellers I can understand, but can do nothing it is useless branch, can not issue bank draft, can not transfer funds , can not foreign exchange, can not do anything except investment and lending. I do not understand why TD open this branch in UBC, make a test by sacrifice UBC resident?

Excellent service, Summer Ye, Bryan Feng are the best customer service, they helped me open my student line of credit, as well as opening the student banking account at TD. Indeed it is very helpful and the best place. Although you cannot do bank draft at this branch, they have all the other services. Convenient, nice, and beautiful location in the Westbrook Mall. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Recently switched my primary bank from BMO to TD and their financial advisor, Brian Feng, was particularly helpful in setting up PAD and simply save in order for me to qualify for the welcome promotion. Service was quick and smooth. Great bank for Wesbrook villagers & UBC students.

Wholeheartedly disagree with the positive comments about this branch. I came with the intention of transition funds into an RRSP (simple task for a bank). For some reason, the advisor forgot to have me initial several different required areas of the paperwork so I had to come back into the branch. My funds were coming from outside TD so there was paperwork that had to be done which all very unclear for myself and the institution moving the funds over. It was also completed incorrectly by the TD advisor. TD has given me a myriad of excuses of the hold up for the simple task of depositing these funds including their scanner/printer not working, the branch manager needing to be there etc... Who knew this was so difficult. All in all I think I have had to come back into this branch (during my work day bc they close at 5) at least 5 separate times and the funds still have not made it into the RRSP. I will be cancelling all of my TD accounts and going elsewhere.

No teller at this branch. It is just a set of 3 bank machines. I went there to deposit cash into my bank account. None of the machines were able to do this. I tried all machines. There is a person there, but I'm not sure what they do. They said they could not do deposits. This location is a bank machine and not a real branch. It is a wasted opportunity and a bit annoying since online it gives the impressive this is a bank and not a set of bank machines. A complete waste of my time going there.
