★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I questioned why I would use ICE if I were able to buy Euros from my CU but OMG I am so glad I did my homework as every consumer should. My CU was going to charge me so much more and I can’t believe how much I was able to retain simply by ordering online (this alone already an incredible convenience).
So pleased, couldn’t have been easier or more convenient. Do your homework people!!
I forgot to mention that though I made no special request, I was given a great mix of denominations which I really appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a large sum of euros and sterling so placed an order early this week and had confirmation that funds would be available Friday after 11 am. When I went to pick up my order early Friday afternoon, they had had a large number of new requests for those currencies and just gave my confirmed order away to others. VERY BAD BAD BUSINESS. I definitely won't we doing business with them anymore. My advice to everyone needing foreign currency, place your order with your bank a couple of weeks in advance. Far more reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys change huge fees for walk up exchange. They are as bad as the banks or worse, particularly airport and premium locations. These guys used to be good if you figured out you get a reasonable rate if you book online, even same day. That is, at some locations. Have used them for years. Now they say they won't do that, has to be a business day, or you pay more than the bank. So no more for these guys. I have a bank that does better than their retail rates. So, no more business from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do they not give you a good rate anymore without ordering way in advance, they say you have to order a day in advance, they lied. I tried to order Wednesday and it said I had to wait until Friday, or go to Vancouver or Montreal or TO airports.
What a joke, these guys have gone downhill.
Best place I know of is only one, Kootenay Currency Exchange. No BS hassles, games, hoops. Up front about joint all works.
So when I’m not newer I will find another way.
On my other review they gave some corporate schmooze to try to cover up the facts. No, like I say, they don’t give you a good rate without two+ daze notice on line. The site doesn’t tell you much.
In the mean time, go elsewhere. Most banks will give you a gooder rate than these guys, from a machine! So why go out of your way to pay a premium. Even at the same price or a little more, banks are easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told by friend they have the best rates and you can get it the next day. So I ordered some euros. The pick up date was 6 days away. Not a big issue I was traveling after that. But I noticed on my exchange rate app that the rate was not all that great and checked with a google search what I could get it for at my local bank and it was a few dollars cheaper. So I don't get this service as being a good option. Canceled my order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and received good help. Then I ordered online which was easy and quick (just as I like it). Then I had a live chat which was quick and easy as well. So far, so good! I have yet to pick up my currency but I do not anticipate any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like they were not very customer oriented, more about making a buck rather than doing what’s right for the customer. I specifically told the person that I wasn’t leaving for Mexico for a week and nobody mentioned that you could get a better rate if you order online. A simple ‘you could save yourself money’ and actually do what’s best for your customers. I even called and spoke to their manager who said ‘we are a very busy branch and can’t have conversations with everyone’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online and chose a day I would pick up the currency. I received an email confirmation with instructions. It was ready to go on the day. Quick and efficient service. Located in Orchard Park Mall so lots of available parking.
