The service at TCC is absolutely wonderful, it accommodates to every business need, has great Customer Service, Fast delivery, easy return procedures and wonderful delivery staff. I have always dealt with Melinda in Customer Service and have had no problems. She has gone up and above to provide the most excellent service, and has a very cheerful and friendly voice! The office staff will provide a catalogue to view their products at your convenience, for fast, easy, and prompt delivery service.
TCC adds that extra special touch of customer service and has always included a little bag of treats with our order.
If I am looking for a specific product and they don't carry it, the girls will suggest different products comparable and are always willing to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend dealing with Melinda as she is a great example of what customer service is all about!!!

Melinda always perks me up when I call as she is sooo upbeat and positive. I know it is kind of corny, but I like getting that little treat every time I receive my order. They have everything I need in office supplies and more.
