★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor is new and not very knowledgeable in this industry but determined and confident so we decided to give him a chance with a bigger job, after his previous boss recommended him. We are entrepreneurs as well so we recognized his lack of appropriate and accurate communication skills right away, but tried to work with him regardless. He kept changing his prices that we agreed to one day, then he came back the very next day and asked for yet a different price. In the end He raised his quote by 3x half way into the job, which we finally couldn't agree to so he just walked off the job, leaving us hanging with a mess AND out of our half down deposit we already gave him. Furthermore, we had a tough time finding someone to finish the job because of his unprofessional comments in his industry about us. Please be very careful with this young man when agreeing to his services, be sure your quote is extremely detailed and accurate in pricing, as to what you want and have him SIGN it before he starts any work.
