★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally received our wedding film....9 and a half months after our wedding, in the contract it's 5 and that is even ridiculous! He's a con artist in the truest form! He did nothing of what he said he would do! He is our biggest regret!! Now I'm in the wedding buisness in the ok, I will be making sure none of my brides use him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't even give this company 1 star. We have been so disappointed with Engaged Films. We were over charged by around $1600.00 to our credit card after our wedding day and it's been over 3 months since our wedding and have yet to see our money come back. We also haven't received the footage from our wedding. I would not recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Engaged Films for capturing our wedding day! We are so happy with how the highlight video turned out. My husband and love that we can watch all the special memories from our day as much as we want! I highly recommend using them! I was skeptical because of the 1-2 bad reviews but it was totally worth jumping the gun and booking! Totally worth the investment! And the special memories we can cherish forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am super disappointed and annoyed! My wedding was on May 18, 2019 and I still have not received my wedding video! In an email John said he would have it ready by August 1st, I have not heard from him since! I have tired emailing and calling him with no response :( Would not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE service. My colleague hired John to film a corporate event back in July with the understanding we needed a quick turnaround on editing. After multiple calls and multiple missed deadlines he keeps pushing back, we have yet to receive the footage. The excuses are endless.
DO NOT HIRE HIM. We will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the 1 star reviews are completely true. John overbilled our credit card and then proceeded to go missing for weeks when we attempted to get the funds back. He always had an excuse lined up or an "you'll get it next week after my next wedding" story. He is beyond unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Luckily, we were able to cancel his services before the wedding and hire an actual professional.
Please steer clear of this guy. He is nothing but headaches.

He overcharged my credit card and it took months to get the funds back--I had to cancel my credit card because he repeatedly charged it after being told that we would not be using his services anymore. Thank goodness we canceled his services and got a legitimate company to film our wedding. Listen to the negative reviews. PLEASE do not book with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John shot our wedding last September and for the price we paid we were very happy with what we received. Took about 3.5 months to get the video back which is more than reasonable. He was very professional and was a fly on the wall all day (which is what my husband wanted as he wasn’t too comfortable with being video taped.) Once we got the video back my husband was so happy we went through with it. Brings tears to my eyes when I watch it still! It’s a beautiful video and my most precious keepsake. Thanks for shooting our day, John! :)
