I clearly communicated my needs and boundaries and they were frequently violated.
When staff make mistakes they lie and cover it up to avoid liability.
I left there with more trauma than I went in with. Do not let your family or loved ones stay here!!!
2 stars; because at least bums get a roof until they rock the boat and start thinking of themselves as humans with rights.
