The extremely unprofessional staff made me feel like a burden for asking simple questions! Both the staff member and manager I spoke to rudely talked down to me and turned their back on me mid-discussion. I urge anyone looking for tax services to look elsewhere! How they have a good rating is a mystery!

Got my taxes done today by Michelle! Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Tax Town to anyone. I come here every year and I am always satisfied.

Absolute nightmare of an experience and the service was borderline abusive. I had given them my paperwork and they said they were working on it and would call me when its done so I left the office waited in the lobby for my ride to come pick me up. Not even 5 minutes later, A woman clearly in high management and apparently already having a bad day, caught me waiting in the lobby alone and decided to berate and yell at me about how they dont do same-day tax returns. Confused, I asked a few questions about why not (she's the one who brought it up) and she answered but was getting really mad and yelling at me, saying I should leave now and they'll call when its done. I obliged and waited outside until my ride came but while processing the situation outside i decided to not give them buisness because of how rude she was, also I could just do it myself online in like 30 mins. After going back in, she was reaming out the quiet kind lady that was at the front desk for who knows what and I asked for my papers back, as the manager lady continued to give me an earfull at max volume. I said quietly that I didn't want do do buisness when it takes that long and that there was no reason, at any point, to yell and turned to leave. I'm a small 25 year old woman with a kinda deep voice but at times I can come off looking and sounding like a 15 year old male in first impressions. This happened months ago and I've only taken the time to write the review now because I was still trying to process what happened and blaming myself for not clarifying that I was just waiting for a ride. But honestly that woman just needs to be fired because everyone else there was really nice to work with.

Had very good reception at this location today. Everyone very helpful and courteous. Michelle was very understanding and thoughtful I very much enjoyed meeting her. Thank you so much for taking us in today. Much appreciated.

Avoid this place at all costs! They completely messed up my tax returns in the past and their customer service representatives are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with!!!! I recall them having discounts for reviews. Do not do business dealing with people who offer discounts for good reviews!!

Their service is exactly what you would expect, quick and efficient.
