To cut down on waste we remember to say NO extras, just eggrolls as we have cloth napkins, and bottles of soy sauce and plum sauce at home.

Sweet and sour never tasted anything close to what one would expect. I am still mystified by what it actually was, while the "chicken" dish was almost entirely batter. All three dishes were so bland and starchy as to be nearly flavorless, principally, it seemed, because the chefs decided to hold back on any ingredients - such as spices - that might actually cost them money to include. We have eaten Chinese food, both fancy and plain, all over the world and our expectations are modest, but this weirdly-nothing meal went down in our book as Lamest Ever.
