★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wonderful time at Taste of Saigon. Service level was quite high and the pho was delicious. After a long and arduous day snowboarding backcountry, there was nothing better than a hot, steamy pho. I ordered a house special and thoroughly enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious pho! Got the vegetarian version and the broth was so flavourful. Also it was stacked with mushrooms, broccoli, tofu, onions, carrot and cabbage. Definitely worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely surprised to find a decent pho place in Squamish. At initial thought, I was hoping for the best - I thought my partner and I were at a tourist trap but I was wrong, the food was really good and the owners are Vietnamese!
We ordered the special pho with beef tripe, beef ball and rare beef, passionfruit drink and some spring rolls. The broth for the pho was delicious, if you can master that, everything else usually would taste great and it is the case for Taste of Saigon.
Service was also very friendly, our waitress served us tea immediately and our food came out within 10 minutes after we placed our order. I highly recommend this place for post-climb or post-hike noms.
