Fantastic system and service. The system is made by Daikin and is one of the few furnaces with a Stainless Steel Primary Heat Exchanger. Thanks Tasso Lake for the great service. Tom

Matt and Riley relocated my furnace to a more suitable location in the basement which involved relocating the venting and extensive ductwork. All aspects of their work was carried out with care and attention to detail. Very knowledgeable and professional. Communication and scheduling with the office was top rate. Overall a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Extremely professional, courteous and responsive. Jim and Tom spent time with me walking through a number details I was concerned with (register locations, cold air return locations and the number of each required, furnace location, A/C location, electrical, gas line location). During parts of the installation Riley and Cale spent time with me on FaceTime clarifying items. My wife and I are extremely happy and highly recommend Tasso for your heating and cooling needs.

S	Sam Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several years ago I had Tasso Lake Heating install a new A/C in my home. This year I called them to service my A/C as something was not working. Due to the time of year I had to wait several weeks for service (not their fault as the temperature was not yet consistently warm). Work was completed on the A/C and I received an invoice. I had a question regarding the hours that were charged. I called Tasso and left a voicemail. The service manager called and the first words to me were “I hear you don’t want to pay your bill”. This was never the case as all I needed was some clarification on the hours charged to me. I’ve never been a dead beat not paying my bills, when I had the A/C installed I had a cheque ready for payment immediately. The one star rating is for customer service and not work completed. (Sunny was very nice to deal with though, 5 stars for you).

The salesperson (Jim) showed up on time and was also very nice, professional and pleasant. The quote Jim provided was reasonable therefore I opted to choose them to install our new furnace. The primary installer (Tom Lowes) was terrific. He too was pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer my many questions and left the work area clean. All in all, from start to finish, a very pleasant experience.
