At first it did not lie flat. Irwin came to the house, took it away until the carpet was just perfect. We are so happy to have it back. Cannot recommend Chantilly enough! Excellent products and wonderful service!

We bought our bedroom carpet, hallway carpet, and blinds for our bathrooms, bedroom and dining room from Tapis Décor Chantilly. Always a positive experience. Great selection, Matthew & Mark who did our latest installation are professional, clean, polite and friendly. Have always had good after delivery service whenever I have had a question or there was anything to fix even years later. Highly recommend.
