In this crazy market, Tanya really pounded the pavement to show me houses that would fit our family’s specific needs. She was so quick to respond and set up viewings within an hour or two of my requests. She was always available to answer my questions and helped keep my spirits up and keep me focused after losing out on some houses. Tanya kept working on finding us the perfect house and it finally happened! We have truly found it and I couldn’t be more grateful for all her hard work and determination. Yes Tanya is a very nice friendly person. Yes Tanya made herself available to show me houses but that's all she was there for. For me being someone who knows very little about what to look for in regards to the condition of the home, I would have liked someone who had more insight to share with me. She would not help by pointing out potential problems with the homes. When putting offers on houses, Tanya would not give her professional opinion as to the value of the home (not even a ballpark so I can make a good offer); I had to go in based on what I thought of the home with little to no guidance. Tanya was basically there to let me in and that's it. Needless to say, I switched realtors and got a much better experience.

Tanya is super knowledgeable, quick to return messages/calls (and let’s be honest, I had many, many questions), she’s ultra personable, and most importantly, she’s amazing at her job! In September she sold our apartment building in literally a couple days with multiple offers. A couple weeks ago, she walked us through putting an offer on our lakefront home in a multiple offer situation. We were super nervous about overpaying but also didn’t want to lose out on the home.
