★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I went in asking about a 2020 Maverick X3 X-RS Turbo RR. I was pretty much sold on one already but wanted to just see one in person. The salesman (Greg?) told me they're all in the box and that it's sledding season so that's their priority at the time,and to maybe call him in a few weeks and they may put one together. He then proceeded to tell me they're more of an American thing and that if I ordered one, it would be a 6 month lead time. (Wouldn't now be the time to sell them then?) Long story short, the guy couldn't be bothered, and it shows. I got referred to TGP in Sturgeon Falls, far superior service and I purchased one today. Well done Algonquin, you push away customers looking at a 35,000$ unit, because you're "too busy" selling 9,000$ Summit Sports. I am about as interested in doing business with these guys, as they are interested in helping customers. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, went in three different times for parts, gear and a new sled and not one person at any three visits came to me asked me if I wanted anything there wasn’t even anyone around..girl at the front desk can’t even be bothered to say hello on arrival…Had cash in hand for a snow check..they couldn’t be bothered…went all the way over to Kirkland lake at the great outdoor centre and I don’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I have to say is , take the time to go to sturgeon falls or even blind river. Unless you're some rich guy who buys new top of the line every year, they couldn't be bothered. I would drive to another province before I would buy anything here. Brp really has to look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did donuts with my Quad in the parking lot! my friend saw them from across the street at Patrick Mechanical, I have blue halo's so it was 100% my quad that they were banging off the limiter. I now go to TG powersport in sturgeon and so do all my friends. They lost a lot of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Algonquin Equipment in the hope of finding Can-Am gloves and a Mesh jacket, both posted as out of stock and discontinued on the BRP website.
Of all the other businesses selling Can-Am only Chelsey, the Retail Manager, took the trouble to provide me with a list of dealers who may have what I was looking for. And, as it turned out she was able to provide me with the discontinued jacket I have long been hunting for. In my experience with Can-Am dealerships, Algonquin has gone over and above in terms of customer care through their employee Chelsey. She took the time to investigate my requests, phoned me back with confirmation and did so in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
Well done Algonquin. I look forward to bringing my Ryker to you with any concerns that may arise and for general service.
And thank you Chelsey.
