One of my favourite restaurants in Kingston. I have been many times and will continue to return many times, never has the food been a disappointment. It is definitely tapas style, so be prepared for small portions and big prices but it is worth it. Great place for a date night (hint hint partners) or if you want to impress some friends who are visiting. Don’t skip on the sangria!

Our servers were so friendly!! Super easy to veganize most of the menu. Delicious cocktail options. Relaxing romantic vibe.

Oh my the chefs here are really on the ball with hitting the right spot for the ultimate dining experience. The waitress that we had she was amazing also really on the ball experience had good knowledge of the tapas menu and the wine selection also. We had first a special scallops with purΓ©e potatoes and wine sauce melted in your mouth was impressive tastes, then we moved onto the octopus which I’m not a big fan of but again was impressive tastes they had served really well with feta picked onion house made very good, next was Spicy beef comes with 4 soft shell tacos wow all l can say is I’m enjoying my self so much with the tastes next was Thai cod curry and yet again wow cod seared perfectly loving this then because of all the spices I thought that lamb kebab served with soft tacos sweet would be the perfect end to the meal and yes hit the spot perfectly I also explained to the waitress that we didn’t want a dessert but we took the lamb just to ease away from all the spices and flavour that was outstanding. I would happily go back again and again throughly enjoyed.

OVERVIEW: Fantastic! It's worth the money, service is great, and many options for various dietary restrictions. I can feel confident about giving Tango Nuevo a five-star as they exceed my expectations by a lot. AMBIANCE: Dimly lit chill vibes, some classy music selections. Would have loved a table, but the bar area is nice as well. SERVICE: Quick and respectful. The bartender talked to me for a bit about some of their selections and we discussed scotch and MΓ©zcal. SELECTION: There's a great food selection. I'm used to only eating 1 or 2 things on a menu due to restrictions, but they provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options with a well-marked menu. I always appreciate this from restaurants! For drinks they do lots of cocktail / mix drinks. I tried my fiancee's drink and it was fantastic. If you're looking for a wide array of spirits, they don't have too much here, however what they do have is top-notch. They had some hard to find Lagavulin and Profesor MΓ©zcal when I went. TASTE: Wonderful, we loved everything we ordered and even ordered more. I'm not a food critic, but the taste of the dishes are worth going back for, and worth making a reservation here.

Really enjoyed this spot. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which are modern and nicely designed. Our server was very friendly and sparked up a lot of conversation. She also explained the menu to us and gave us quite a few recommendations. The menu is all shared tapas with a fusion of Arabic and Latin foods. Between 3 people we got 6 tapas and 2 desserts and were full by the end. Our favourite tapas were the lamb and the kibbeh- definitely must tries! We will most likely return here on our next visit to Kingston.

Unique and delicious tapas on the downtown main street patio. Went on the weekend for a family birthday because it's a family favourite location. As before, it lived up to our high expectations. Lots of variety and unique choices. Prices are higher than average for tapas, but maybe not surprising given the quality and location. Expect to order 2 dishes per person. Patio seating is covered with clear plastic roofing and also has side curtains. It's a busy location but service was great, being quick and polite. TIP: Make reservations. Parking lots around the area and also on the street a short walk away.

I got everything I was hoping for from my Saturday night dinner here. An authentic tapas experience, great service, and a great atmosphere. If you want the recommended 2-3 tapas per person you'll be paying $20-30 for each one. Get only 2 if you want dessert, I was really full after 3. Also be prepared to tip, the staff was outstanding in everyway and seemed genuinely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to get David who is definitely a fan of the menu himself and just nailed it with his recommendations for both the food and drink.

Nice ambience and flavourful food but it's expensive. Tapas are usually small portion size dishes so you might have to order 2-3 dishes to make a meal and a better option would be to share. The service and server were great. One of the few restaurants where I found the server was honest and really knew about the menu and cocktails. Overall a good place to try not much for vegetarians there though.
