When I started asking for my order she said sorry I can’t take your order until I take other people’s first, which is fine but the way she was so rude about it was unessesary. I then I asked for cheese on my hash browns, and the cooks put a cheese slice on barely even melted. So I asked for them to take it back and put shredded cheese, which then I could hear the staff mocking me in the back kitchen. It was rude and embarrassing. She then didn’t say a word, check on us, or do anything a waitress should be doing. When asking for the managers number she pointed at a pen with the hotel number on it and said I could call that. I’ll never be going back there again, I felt like I was a burden on them for even being in there. Unprofessional.
L	Lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had too live out of this motel for 3 months for a survey job the restaurant is the only thing that osn3 stars about it it has a nice bar if your looking for some fun on a Friday night the bar in there is the spot friendly staff the looks the Tamarack hotel give you on the outside are nothing like the beauty of the wood work in the lobby and in and throughout the ? if your a holiday in kind of guy this is where it's at and you can't beat the price it's in the middle 9f nowhere but I been to the 5 star hotel in Rocky mountain House and the Tamarack beats it everytime its way out in the boons but head up cowboy trail north and there is some real beauty to the area after you drive 30 mins take a dirt road and youll find all crown land where people built free campgrounds quad and dirt bike trails it's hard to find but it's in there you can get lost in those back roads for hours just giving er

A	AJ Hansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I stopped for supper tonight. I ordered the liver n onions , the liver tasted old, and the potatos were off. My daughter ordered fish and chips, and received pan fried fish. The cook came out to speak with us, and explained they were out of fish n chips, and she was handed that to give to us instead. Neither one of us ate our main meal. I ate the veggies (which weren't great) and the garlic toast. My daughter ate the side of fries we had to order on top of the meal, and 1/2 her salad. The manager came out to speak with us, and who appeared to be the owner came to the manager, and pointed at me and said thats the complain girl. When I went to pay, the clerk took 10% off. So for $55, we got a side of fries, 1/2 a side ceasar salad, a diet coke, a coffee, a piece of garlic toast, a order of calamari (which the oil probably needs changed) and 1/3 of a cup of veggies, that were on the verge of burnt side. I am very disappointed with the level of food, service, and ownership of this restaurant. If you are ever in Rocky, don't eat here. Even McDonalds has better food for price and at least you aren't called a complain girl when it's their food that is off.

Water in the rooms turns brown when you turn on the taps, Room smelled old and musty and then front desk lady randomly walks in your room unannounced! Disgusting!!!

The customer service is absolutely terrible, and the lady there has no respect for privacy as she barges in your room as she pleases. The rooms are gross smelling and the water is brown! I’ve never been so frustrated on vacation in my life and I feel so so sorry for anyone staying there and/or thinking of staying there. Please take my first hand experience and advice and do not stay there!
