Tamara Jensen (BScDh, Rdh)
Tamara was born and raised in Southern Alberta, and knew she was destined for a career in healthcare from a young age. She found her passion in dental hygiene and graduated with honours in 2004 from the University of Wyoming. There, she received her Associate’s Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in dental hygiene.
During her schooling, she pursued extensive training and obtained certification to administer local anesthetic. A few years later she expanded her skills again by completing the necessary training to provide soft tissue laser therapy to her patients.
Tamara’s focus is always the patient. She loves building relationships and educating her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health. She strives to give each person thorough and quality care while providing a positive dental hygiene experience for all.When Tamara’s not at work she loves spending time with her husband Andrew and their two beautiful little boys. In her downtime she loves riding horses, camping, and taking in some fresh mountain air.

I have been to other hygienists and I always feel like they are rushing through the cleaning and sometimes that can be painful. But with Tamara not only does it not hurt but my teeth feel cleaner than they ever have. I will recommend Tamara to everyone I know. Thank you Tamara ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a big fan of getting my teeth cleaned my mouth always hurt after. This time I went to Tamara because I heard that she was gentle. She was super good about my sensitivities and explained what she was doing. She was so good that I came back and got my teeth whitened! I was expecting to have some sensitivity after the whiting but nothing it was awesome and my teeth are now much whiter! I was very impressed with the whole experience and will defiantly use her again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamara is the absolute BEST! As a mom with young children I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get their teeth cleaned. She is patient, engaging, and friendly. She also is an excellent hygienist. I can tell she take pride in her work. My teeth always feel so nice and white after I’ve seen Tamara. She is very observant and can identify problem areas and give tips on how to improve care in that area. When there has been a issue she sends prompt information to our dentist.
Honestly, make an appointment with Tamara. You won’t be disappointed!
